سياسة الشحن والاستلام – Swaggeregy

 

يتم شحن الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب، والتوصيل عادة خلال يومين عمل.
شركة الشحن لا تتيح خدمة التسليم الجزئي، لذلك يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل أو رفضه بالكامل.
في حالة وجود مشكلة في المقاسات أو الحاجة للاستبدال/الإرجاع، نقوم بإرسال مندوب في اليوم التالي لاستلام القطع المطلوبة.
في حالة عدم استلام الطلب نهائيًا، نرجو من العميل تغطية مصاريف الشحن فقط عبر Vodafone Cash أو InstaPay.

• Orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation, with delivery expected within 1–2 business days.

• Please note that partial delivery is not available. Orders must be accepted in full or returned in full.

• If there are any sizing issues or you wish to exchange or return items, we will arrange for a courier to collect them the next day.

• In case the order is not received at all, we kindly ask that you cover shipping costs only via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
